A brand that speaks of wisdom and prestige.

Client: University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro

It was a great honour for us to create a wine brand for UTAD (University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro), a leading academic institution for Viticulture and Oenology in Portugal. Each wine in this incredible and exclusive portfolio is the self-portrait of a former student, who imagined and created it. It evokes their knowledge and experience.
We created a simple yet powerful image that conveys this Institution’s values and exalts each student and the story of his or her wine. A timeless image that reflects the prestige of these limited editions. 
We were inspired by the graphics of the Final Graduation Diplomas, and recovered the University’s original coat of arms; "scientia et labore omina adipiscere". 
We named it ALUMNI.
