Only after spending a day in Maritávora, at the very centre of the international Douro, welcomed by such a fun and warm family, can you have the opportunity to understand what makes these wines so special. This family’s connection to the farm, its comfort and rich landscapes, are particular features that we felt should be conveyed by this brand’s image.
The logo is a styling of the beautiful glazed plaques that have marked their Port’s wooden casks since 1870. Through them, we gave each wine a number: odd for the whites, and even for the reds. The colours that brighten up these labels represent the joy of life and work that transpires in this small and romantic farm.
With this concept and image, we gave Maritávora’s wines coherence, life and colour, so as to make them the utmost expression of this natural and engaging harmony.
